Dionaea Muscipula Profile
Origin: Southwest coast of Australia
Rainwater is the most natural thing a Dionaea can be watered with, but it is not essential. Tap water is fine too. Above all, make sure that the plant does not dry out. A saucer under the plant filled with water and keeping it continually full is therefore the easiest way to keep it hydrated.
A spotlight is ideal, for example behind a window or outside in bright sunlight.
Although the Dionaea can hold up well both indoors and outdoors. The plant can also stay outside during mild winters (down to about -5 ℃)
Dionaea does not need fertilizers
