Features of RevitaliseD3 100g
Clearly, most reptiles are best referred to as 'opportunistic omnivores', which means that whole animal proteins are sometimes found in the wild diet. They may get most of the D3 they need after exposure to natural sunlight and vitamins A and E from plant compounds, but there could still be a deficit due to captive diets based primarily on insects and plants.
EarthPro-ReVitaliseD3 has been developed to be safe and easy to use. The risks of overstocking on vitamins A and D3 can be high with the super potent powders that can be found in the hobby. These power levels are not necessary when using modern ultraviolet lighting and when eating a full and varied diet. ReVitaliseD3 has been formulated to mimic the preformed A, D3 and E levels found within a small mammal.
Feeding guide
ReVitaliseD3 can be used within the EarthPro feeding program in feeding 8 or 16 for caregivers with the correct heat and UV systems. ReVitaliseD3 can also be safely used at every 2nd or 3rd feed for those who choose to use low or no UV systems.
EarthPro-ReVitaliseD3 has all the benefits of EarthPro-A but with added magnesium and low levels of preformed A, D3 and E. It can be used in conjunction with EarthPro-A and EarthPro-CalciumProMg to provide nutritional excellence.
'' High levels of bioavailable calcium and magnesium, essential for healthy bones, nerves, muscles and brain. Also, essential for reproductive and digestive health.
Unfortunately, there still appears to be very little accurate information for feeding and creating captive reptile food and supplements. We took years of research with some of the best brains in the hobby to create ReVitaliseD3. The ancient method of guessing how much of each compound an animal uses per day and then mixing them in a lab just can't be correct, just think about how many types and sizes of reptiles there are. The only answer to these questions must be to go back to the wild, just as we did with our best-selling EarthPro-A mineral powder. So that's what we did. We relied on EP-A and made it meet the nutritional levels found in a small mammal.
