Characteristics of Anubias Nana "Nangi"
Anubias "Nangi" have broad, lanceolate, dark green leaves and slightly long stems. It is undemanding and grows well. Like other Anubias variants, this robust plant can be used in multiple ways in a planted aquarium.
Anubias are generally slow growing and available in many varieties. A highly tolerant aquarium plant that grows well with a wide range of water parameters, it will hold up to virtually any type of condition. One of the most popular plants in the hobby.
Due to their low requirements, they are a good choice for any planted aquarium or shrimp.
It can be kept both emerged and submerged, making it an excellent choice for aquariums, paludarios and terrariums alike.
Anubias develop best on hard surfaces, attached to different types of wood or rock with fishing line or the like. Not used to being planted in fine media such as sand, the rhizome has to be exposed.
