Anubias Hastifolia Characteristics

The Anubias Hastifolia plant is a large species of Anubias from the rain forests of West Africa, where it is found in shady sandbars.

Anubias is a genus of flowering plants, aquatic and semi-aquatic plants belonging to the Araceae family, native to central and western tropical Africa. They grow mainly in rivers and streams, but can also be found in swamps.

It can be kept in both emerged and submerged, making it an excellent choice for aquariums, paludaries and terrariums alike.

They are a genus that belongs to the family of Spiders, originating in tropical Africa, specifically from the areas of Senegal, Angola and Zaire. In the natural state they can be found growing on the edge of rivers, with their roots between the rocks and the remains of logs. All these characteristics make them an indispensable for any lover of Aquascaping.
