SEACHEM Flourish Excel features
All plants require a carbon source generally obtained from CO2, but they can also be derived from simple organic compounds (such as photosynthetic intermediates).
Therefore, using Flourish Excel alone or in combination with CO2 injection can achieve great benefits.
The vigorous development of Excel also has a reducing effect on iron, which can promote the ferrous state of iron (Fe + 2), making plants easier to use than iron (Fe + 3).
The reason plants need carbon dioxide is to produce longer compounds in the carbon chain, also known as photosynthetic intermediates.
By adding Flourish Excel, you can complete the CO2 cycle and introduce the final compound with a very similar structure.
It is this structural similarity that makes Flourish Excel usable in the carbon chain building process during photosynthesis.
