Crepidomanes sp. "Borneo"
It does not require great care, developing and reproducing perfectly in almost all types of water. It should never be buried in the rhizome in the substrate. It is better to leave it on rocks or logs with some kind of support, it will soon take root.
A very special rarity, belonging to the diverse family of the Filmy Ferns. In its natural habitat, it is flooded only during the rainy period, however, it can be cultivated permanently submerged in Aquariums. This fern has thin, dark green leaves, transparent in a thin, creeping rhizome.
Crepidomanes do not need a lot of light, but a good supply of CO2 and nutrients, medium to soft water and a good water flow are beneficial.
Due to its extremely slow growth, care must be taken to avoid being overpowered by other plants, such as faster growing mosses and can obstruct the light.
Originally this plant is amphibious and we can find it attached to trunks, between rocks or even in areas of substrate, habitat with a very high hydrometric degree.
Like all ferns, the lighting needs are moderate, preferring dark areas with low lighting.
