Characteristics of Lagenandra Meeboldii "Red"
This plant is native to the southern Indian states of Karnataka and Kerala on the shady banks of swampy rivers up to 1200m above sea level.
This Lagenandra is very variable, there are shapes of different sizes, leaf shapes or colors. A green and a red variety have been cultivated in botanical gardens and as paludarium plants by some hobbyists for quite some time. However, the idea that at least the red variety can be kept continuously submerged in the aquarium is quite new.
A nutrient-rich substrate is recommended for this species or adding fertilizer tablets at the base of the roots.

I saw very pretty and well paid! Beautiful leaves and roots. As well as a form of packaging for transport!

A large plant with several children to be able to spread around the aquarium and by the day the leaves are turning a light pinkish color, a very good plant.
