Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you fill in your shipping address, before finalizing the order and before making the payment.

At the moment we can only ship to Europe, we cannot ship to countries outside the European Union.

In our Online Store we accept payments through the secure Paypal platform and Credit Card payments through Redsys, we also have Bizum. We do not accept payments by bank transfer.

In general, the plants can be in the package for several weeks without light and arrive in perfect condition, although it is always best that they arrive as soon as possible, if there is a delay in transport this should not affect the health of the plants.

In general, we usually prepare your order in 1 or 2 business days. Once prepared, it will leave our store and we will give you a tracking number. You should receive an order confirmation by Email.

The website is updated with the stock, products and plants that we have available for sale, if it appears out of stock we do not have it. On the product page you can click on the button "Notify me when it is in stock" to receive an Email when it is available again.

The quantity and the minimum size of the plant that we send is indicated in the description of each item, we usually send a larger portion than that described depending on the plant species.

Please bear in mind that we work with perishable products and on occasion there may be a setback. If this happens, send us an image of the item in the package before introducing it in the Aquarium or Terrarium, we will give you the best possible solution.
